    How does this happen? If someone signs up under you, aren't they just placed where they should go?

    If you profile in the back office, you choose "Preferred Placement" and you can select if you want any new affiliate to go into your left, right or balance. Balance will place people so that your volume in each side gets balanced.

    Goal #1 - place order and get on autoship.

    Goal #2 - invite 2 people that join from your website - one in left and one in right - both of them purchase at least one case upon signup plus get on autoship. At that point, you are a Director.

    Goal #3 - Work on building at least 300 in volume in your lesser leg - you will become a Director 300.

    Goal #4 - Work on building at least 700 in volume in your lesser leg - you will become a Director 300.

    Goal #5 - Work with one personally sponsored person in each leg and help them get to a Director 300 - so you will have a personally sponsored Director 300 in each leg and at a certain volume in each leg, you hit Bronze.

    You will hit those levels when you accomplish that during any particular pay week - it is a weekly pay plan. Eventually, you will have enough autoships cycling through so that there is overlap and from everything you built, you will move from director up through those levels on autopilot very quickly.

    My long term goal is 1000 autoships per leg per week.

    There are other levels, but that is a starter. Eventually, you want at least 7 personally sponsored affiliates that are a director 300 for 4 weeks per month steadily. With enough volume in each leg, you can hit all the highest levels in the compensation plan.

    You get paid on the weaker leg. If 10,000 in the right and 1,000 in the left, you benefit from 1,000 in both legs since 1,000 in the right will match the lesser leg.

    I don't know what would be considered "fair."

    Here is my philosophy - it is irrelevant what my upline does - my goal is to build both of my legs myself and just rely on myself. I built over 90% of both my legs myself. If I happen to get some benefit of "spillover" from my upline, then that is icing on the cake but I don't rely on it.

    Binaries are the easiest type of organization to build. Many people in my organization received a bunch of spillover but I didn't guarantee that for them - they just got in very early right after they came to one of two of my conference calls - so happened to get that benefit. It will happen again when I do more conference calls but I wouldn't want anyone to rely on it.

    So building the organization - IF there is a bunch of spillover in any particular leg, I would want to make sure I have at least a couple people personally signed up in that leg and will then put most of my effort into the inside leg.

    IF there is no spillover happening at any moment, then I would simply flip flop the signups back and forth to get a balance, which can be done automatically by setting the Preferred Placement in the back office to BALANCE. It will balance by volume, not quantity of people.

    Width is for Wealth and Depth is for Stability - you want a balance of growing like a shrub and also you want the long vines.

    Short term, focus on the shrub - that means you are building according to what volume you need for your next rank - that is in the right column in your back office in the GAUGE section. Growing like a shub means you are being a leader and are working with the first few personally sponsored people that you invite to join the business to become Director 300's or 700's. You will then be building WIDE.

    It is a misconception by some people that you can't build wide in a binary but if you focus on growing your first few people into Director 300's or 700's or even Bronzes - I can assure you that it will be very wide just a few levels down and will be a very bushy shrub.

    After that is developed to a point and the goal would be to help your first 2-3 people go director 700 EVERY week so it is stable and autoships overlap, etc... and by helping them achieve that, you will go bronze very easily and will be a bronze every week. I'm working with three distributorships right now to get them to Director 700 every week - one family member, one partner and one non profit organization that I am a founder of.

    Although that may be the case, I had so many people joining my website that I was still putting them into either my left or right leg even if they weren't needed simply to drive it deep. In one week, my inside leg went almost 30 levels deep.

    Anyway, anyone that actually wants to earn from the compensation plan should:

    1. Order a minimum of 1 case of product immediately if they haven't done so yet - 4 cases is the best deal bottle per bottle - getting 1 case free.

    2. Immediately getting on autoship with at least 1 case.

    3. Sign up 2 people - one in each leg (even if you have spillover in one leg, you still need someone personally sponsored in that leg) and they should order at least 1 case right off the bat and be on autoship. You will then hit director. That should be everyone's first immediate goal.
