    Take on an empty stomach

    I had forgotten that Aaron explained to me about taking Asea on an empty stomach so as not to activate the product in the stomach and so that the product can be absorbed into the cells without interference. So, don't forget to take first thing in the morning at least 15 minutes before you eat breakfast! Also, if you're like me and snack before bedtime, take your second dose 15 minutes before dinner to assure that you have an empty stomach.

    You're going to have to explain to me what you mean by "so as not to activate the product in the stomach"......

    Yes, it's best to take Asea on an empty stomach, but just as important is that there are minimal food products in the mouth to "denature" the Redox Signaling Molecules (RSMs). I thought the acidic environment in the stomach does not affect RSMs.
